This course is designed to provide learners with the knowledge and understanding of leadership as required by a practising or potential first line manager. Learners will explore various leadership theories and models, gain insight into their leadership styles, and develop the skills needed to effectively lead teams and organizations.
Learner Profile:
This course is aimed at individuals who have management responsibilities and wish to develop managerial skills but have no formal training.
Learner prerequisites:
Candidates should at minimum have completed the Junior Cert with pass grades in at least five ordinary level subjects (including Maths and English).
All applicants must have a very good standard of written and spoken English (B2 Level) to complete assignments.
